Electromagnetic Separator are new products, which are designed by JIU JIE Magnet Corporation through absorbing domestic and abroad technology in the same field after exploiting for many years.
The technical standards are in accordance with JB/T7689-95. New heat conducting and insulating materials are adopted, as well as unique magnetic core structure and optimized magnetic circuit design.
Electromagnetic Separator have better insulation performance, low temperature rise, light weight, good durability, rapid heat releasing, strong magnetic force, strong catching ability, high separating rate etc.
Product Description
The RCDC series air-cooled self-supporting electromagnetic iron remover is an iron removal mechanism composed of a drive motor, a drum, and an iron removal tape with a scraper added to the RCDA series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover.
During the working process, the iron removal mechanism automatically throws the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the iron belt into the iron collection box outside the iron remover, without the need for power outage and manual cleaning, achieving automatic iron removal.
In steel and cement plants, it is commonly used for removing iron from slag and protecting important equipment such as roller presses, vertical mills, and crushers.
The matching KGLA rectifier power cabinet is used for regulating and controlling the DC current and voltage required by the iron remover from small to large, thereby changing the iron removal ability of the iron remover. Due to the fully sealed installation of the iron remover shell on the coil, it avoids damage to the internal wire package due to various reasons.
