Application
Removing weak magnetic impurities from granular or coarse powder materials.It can be used for the purification of non-metallic minerals such as ceramics, glass, refractory materials, as well as the purification of chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. It can also be used for the dry pre-selection of weakly magnetic minerals such as hematite and limonite, as well as the dry separation of manganese ore.
Product Description
The multi-layered high intensity magnetic separator is specialized for use with weakly ferrous mineral beneficiation or the purification of non-ferrous minerals such as feldspar, quartzite, andalusite, chalk,magnesite, cyanite, bauxite etc. The multi-layered high intensity magnetic separator consists of driving rollers, magnetic rollers and a transfer belt. the ferrous particles are attracted by the magnetic roll while transferring to the magnetic field, then the non-ferrous materials is discharged bu gravity. This equipment can be used as a primary, a secondary or even a finisher separator. In order to improve the purity results, the equipment is built by taking into account the magnetic force, gravity and controllable feeding system. It is specialized to be used for fine particles processing.
Product Features
1) Used to separate paramagnetic minerals and fine ferrous minerals continuously and automatically.
2) A high grade of remanence and coercivity magnetic materials is used to build the equipment, which guarantees much less than 1% demagnetiation in every 10 years.
3) The working magnetic intensity reaches to 12000Gs
4) Multi-layers of rollers are available
5) Suitable to particle size 0.03~3mm.
Technical Characteristics

◆ The rotary speed of the drum and magnetic roller are adjusted through frequency conversion to meet wider particle size and production requirements.
◆ The magnetic roller adopts a concentrated magnetic composite magnetic system, with a magnetic field strength of 18000Gs and a higher gradient.
◆ The conveyor belt used for the magnetic roller is made of special materials and has good wear resistance.
◆ The controllable feeding system ensures the uniformity of the material when flowing through the magnetic field area.
◆ Weak magnetic oxides can be automatically cleaned, ensuring long-term and trouble- free operation.
◆ Reserved dust removal port for centralized dust discharge, meeting environmental protection requirements.
