Counter rotation wet drum separator
Counter rotation wet drum separator for the automatic and continuous concentration of both ferrous and weakly magnetic ores. Can process material between 0-3mm in size.

Concurrent wet drum separator
This series features a shorter pickup area and is for the high capacity separation of material sized between 0-12 mm. It is generally best suited for the rougher separation of coarse material such as ocean, lake or river sand.
Concurrent wet drum separator Features

2) The concurrent tank design creates a unit that can not just handle a large capacity, but, operate in a virtually jam free environment.

Counter current wet drum separator
This series features a large pickup area and the Multi-pole with small gap magnet layout. By handing a small material size of between 0-3mm. It is generally used for a cleaner or at the finisher sizes.

The CTS, CTN and CTB series permanent magnetic cylinder separators have two kinds of structures: rotary and fixed. The fixed one is suitable for choosing fine strong-magnetic particles in wet and weak magnetic fields. It also can be used to remove the strong-magnetic minerals among non-magnetic minerals.
Working Principle:
When the slurry flows into the magnetic field, the strong-magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and the weak-magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are sorted out. And then, the strong-magnetic minerals are brought out of the magnetic field with the cylinder rotating. The rotary one is suitable for choosing fine strong-magnetic (moderately strong-magnetic) particles in dry condition. Due to the high speed rotation, the roll number of the magnetic particle is much higher than the ordinary magnetic separator’s. This has a significant effect on destroying the magnetic agglomeration and improving the rich ore ratio. After separating, the minerals are sorted into magnetic and non-magnetic and excluded from their own mouth.
The rotary one is applicable to the rough selection and concentration of the ore particle size of 0.6-6mm. The one cylinder can be equipped with three types of tank, namely downstream launder
(CTS) classification size≤6mm, countercurrent launder
(CTN) classification size ≤0.6mm and semi-countercurrent launder
(CTB) classification size≤1mm.

To separate strong magnetic minerals from fine particles by weak magnetic field,or remove the strong magnetic impurities mixed in non-magnetic minerals.This device is specifically designed for the non-metallic mining industry.
Technical Characteristics
